By booking a tour or experience with Discovery Sorrento you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received via our secure Stripe checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. For private charters a deposit may be required, with the balance due before departure.

Responsibilities of the customer

• Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements.
• Respect the local environment and the rules of the marine protected areas.

Responsibilities of Discovery Sorrento

We operate with licensed Italian skippers, full maritime insurance and certified safety equipment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour for safety reasons (weather, sea conditions, technical issues), in which case the standard cancellation policy applies.

Liability

Within the limits permitted by Italian law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on board.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
