Data we collect

• Booking data — name, email, phone, party size, preferred date.
• Payment data — handled and stored by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Analytics data — anonymised page views and aggregated traffic, only with your consent.
• Communication data — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

How we use it

To process your booking, contact you about your reservation, send transactional emails, comply with Italian tax and tourism regulations, and (with consent) send occasional travel inspiration newsletters.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to info@discoverysorrento.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
