Cancellation & Refund Policy

Discovery Sorrento applies a clear, customer-friendly cancellation policy on all bookings. The summary below reflects the standard terms; tour-specific terms (when stricter or more flexible) prevail and are clearly displayed on every tour detail page before checkout.

Standard policy (most experiences)

• More than 7 days before departure — full refund, no fee.
• Between 7 and 3 days before departure — 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before departure — no refund.
• No-show — no refund.

Weather cancellations

If the captain decides the sea conditions are not safe, we cancel the tour and refund 100% of the price. We will offer alternative dates or a full refund at your discretion.

How to cancel or reschedule

Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
